Okay,

So I realize I haven't posted here for a while. I kind of forgot about it. I've also decided that I really think I want to primarily be a food blogger. It is my favourite thing in the entire world. I'm working on an entry now, will post shortly.

Foodie blog

Wow, what a great food weekend. Yesterday afternoon we had an awesome Thanksgiving dinner with my parents (we seem to always do Thanksgiving and Easter on the Saturday as if I have to leave the city on a Sunday I get NOTHING done) it was truly awesome, and by itself would have been a great Thanksgiving. BUT when I got back into Regina last night i got a phone call my Auntie C inviting me over for deepfried turkey today. Since it not only involved deep fried turkey but also a visit with my favourite niece and nephew who are really my 2nd cousins but call me aunty. (well the niece will when she starts speaking) of course I went.

But not before making p a batch of my whole wheat bread which I let rise while at C's. It's out of the oven and I'm currently eating a big ole slice smothered with natural PB and honey from the farmer's market. And I have two oatmeal apple cakes in the oven, one for snacks this week and one for a potluck on tuesday. My mom assures me it will be ok. I hope so.

Today was the most beautiful fall day you can imagine. I'm so happy I moved back to this city...
well, I'm off to clean up my mess!
